She provides leadership in strategic decision-making, business planning and financial management for the organization and its subsidiaries with a focus on real estate development.

Andrew is a member of the Gwich’in First Nation and is passionate about promoting the well-being of Indigenous peoples through initiatives in Indigenous economic development. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, management and development and leads Hungerford Properties, a family real estate business with over $1.6B of assets under management and development.

Over the course of her career, Carrie has provided hospitality consulting services including appraisals, feasibility and market studies, including asset management guidance for over 1,000 hotel properties throughout Canada and the United States. She is a regular speaker at several conferences including the Canadian Hotel Investment Conference and the Western Canadian Hotel & Resort Investment Conference.

Andrew manages a boutique firm specializing in real estate investment, asset & portfolio management, and advisory. He partners with high-net-worth families, institutional investors, and developers across various asset classes, including residential (market and affordable rental, condo, seniors), office, industrial, and retail. Andrew is a former CIO of a $8 billion Canadian pension fundowned real estate development & investment company and Managing Director of a $3 billion Canadian real estate income fund.

Jada holds a Master’s in Strategy, Management, and Leadership from Michigan State University. She is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Planning Institute of BC, a Certified Management Consultant, and a member of LAI. She previously chaired PIBC’s Communications Committee, served on the BC Business Council’s Next Leaders Steering Committee, and is currently the Co-Chair of the Canadian Institute of Planners National Policy Working Group on Economic Growth and Resiliency.
